Service Guide
Please select your desired watch from the catalog > then add it to your cart > after selecting all items, you can proceed to checkout > fill in the relevant shipping information > make payment (and register the warranty certificate after payment).
We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express, and PayPal. When providing credit card personal information, the customer must be a valid cardholder or have obtained the necessary permissions from the cardholder prior to the transaction.
Please ensure your bank card is activated and check if the transaction has been successfully deducted.
Once an order is successfully submitted, we will not be able to change the products you ordered or the quantity you selected. In this case, we recommend that you contact us immediately so that we can help you cancel the incorrect order. After cancelling the order, you can go to our website to place the correct order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@zerootime.com.hk and we will assist you. If we are unable to process your cancellation request immediately, this is usually because the package has already been shipped. We will contact our courier service and request that they return the package to our warehouse. We can only process your cancellation request once the package has been returned to our warehouse. In this case, a 5% processing fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount, and the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost to the ZEROO TIME HONG KONG online store. ZEROO TIME HONG KONG is not responsible for any loss of items during the return shipping process.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it on the next business day. Your products will then go through the pickup, packaging, and shipping process. You should receive in-stock products within 7 business days and pre-ordered products within 60 business days. Your package will not be shipped on weekends and local holidays. Please note that this delivery time is an estimate and may be extended due to external factors beyond the control of ZEROO TIME HONG KONG and the courier company. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical malfunctions, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotional periods.
Customers need to scan the attached QR code or register the warranty certificate online at zerootime.com.hk within 10 days of receiving the goods.
After-sales service
ZEROO TIME will cover the technical costs of repairs for natural damage within the warranty period (ZEROO TIME will carefully determine whether the damage is natural or caused by human error after inspecting the product). Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs to the ZEROO TIME service center, as well as any customs duties (consumption tax) that may apply upon receipt of the product in Japan. If parts need to be replaced due to the watch's condition, the customer may be required to pay the actual cost of the parts.
Warranty periods vary depending on the watch model; please refer to the owner's manual. ZEROO TIME will cover the technical costs of repairing any natural defects within the warranty period (ZEROO TIME will carefully determine whether the defect is natural or caused by human error after inspecting the product). The warranty covers the movement. Accessories (strap, buckle, case, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
*The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs to the ZEROO TIME service center, as well as any customs duties (consumption tax) that may apply upon receipt of the goods in Japan. If it is determined that replacement parts are needed, the customer may be required to pay the actual cost of the parts.
*If the watch has been repaired by the customer (or a third party, such as a watch repair shop), or if there are signs that the case back has been opened, the watch may not be covered under warranty. *If the warranty card is lost, the warranty is void.
