1. ZEROO TIME watches come with a two-year warranty. Warranty registration must be completed at zerootime.com.hk. The repair process will then be handled by ZEROO TIME HONG KONG, who will take the watch to their service center.
2. The two-year warranty covers damage caused by non-human factors and unexplained movement malfunction. Damage caused by accidents, improper operation, impacts, knocks, or pressure, as well as wear and tear within the normal lifespan of the watch, aging of the strap and oxidation of the case, and theft or loss of the watch or parts are not covered by the warranty. Please record a video of the unpacking process upon receiving the package as evidence, and check the watch case for any signs of impact or oxidation. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the entire package has been opened.
3. If your watch is damaged or requires servicing, please send your ZEROO TIME HONG KONG to a service center. Do not attempt to disassemble it yourself or send it to a watch shop. If any evidence is found that the customer or a third party (such as a watch shop) has repaired or opened the watch, the two-year warranty will be immediately cancelled.
4. Each watch comes with a warranty certificate and shipping date. If lost, the certificate cannot be replaced, and the warranty may be void. Please check the box upon opening to ensure the warranty certificate is present.
5. The warranty period is calculated from the date of shipment of the watch and expires after two years. If repair service is still required after the warranty period, a paid repair service is also available. Please contact ZEROO TIME HONG KONG . Customs duties and shipping costs incurred due to repairs shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Water damage to the watch caused by everyday use is not covered under warranty. Please take precautions to avoid the following situations when wearing the watch.
   
   Sprinkle water on the watch.
   When washing hands or using the watch daily, immerse it in water or rinse it with water.
   Prolonged immersion in water, such as wearing a watch while bathing, soaking in hot springs, swimming, or diving.
   The watch case may be opened or disassembled by the user or a third party.
   Use when the crown is open or not locked.
   Recommendation: If your watch is dirty, you can wipe it with a damp lens cloth. Do not rinse it with water.
