We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express, and PayPal. When providing credit card personal information, the customer must be a valid cardholder or have obtained the necessary permissions from the cardholder prior to the transaction.
Please ensure your bank card is activated and check if the transaction has been successfully deducted.
Once an order is successfully submitted, we will not be able to change the products you ordered or the quantity you selected. In this case, we recommend that you contact us immediately so that we can help you cancel the incorrect order. After cancelling the order, you can go to our website to place the correct order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@zerootime.com.hk and we will assist you. If we are unable to process your cancellation request immediately, this is usually because the package has already been shipped. We will contact our courier service and request that they return the package to our warehouse. We can only process your cancellation request once the package has been returned to our warehouse. In this case, a 5% processing fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount, and the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost to the ZEROO TIME HONG KONG online store. ZEROO TIME HONG KONG is not responsible for any loss of items during the return shipping process.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it on the next business day. Your products will then go through the pickup, packaging, and shipping process. You should receive in-stock products within 7 business days and pre-ordered products within 60 business days. Your package will not be shipped on weekends and local holidays. Please note that this delivery time is an estimate and may be extended due to external factors beyond the control of ZEROO TIME HONG KONG and the courier company. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical malfunctions, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotional periods.

The warranty card is located inside the packaging box and may also be printed on the box along with the user manual. Please keep it safe and do not lose it. If the warranty card is lost, we may be unable to provide warranty service.
For quartz watches, please try replacing the battery. Refer to the instruction manual for the battery type. For mechanical watches, ZEROO TIME offers repair and maintenance services. Please contact us via email.

Yes, it can be replaced. If the belt is 21mm wide and secured with a spring bar, it can be replaced. Genuine belts are available at ZEROO TIME.
Once the mainspring is fully wound, the watch will run for approximately 70 hours. However, please be careful not to overwind it, as this can affect the operation of the precision movement and cause the watch to malfunction. We recommend that you wind it only about 10 times before each wear.
Due to the delicate structure of the watch, please avoid subjecting it to strong shocks or other impacts (such as sports). Additionally, please store the watch in a place away from magnetism, moisture, or ultraviolet radiation.
If the watch crystal or case gets dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth (such as an eyeglass cleaning cloth). The care for the watch strap is the same as for other leather goods.
